FIRST AND LAST! Made a 5:30 appointment on a Friday, when I arrived it was empty there was ONLY three people working. The man whose name I don’t even know put my nails to soak to remove my previous powder dip acrylic, after I was soaking he moved me to the side and as people started walking in he started doing a FULL SET on someone else. By 6:15 I’ve had it! Soaking for 45 min?!?! I told them it was done and I was ready! Since he was not, he had someone else JUST remove the aluminum and clean my nails a bit  they resumed to their client and I literally sat there until 6:45 till I decided to up and leave! I guess he’s the only person doing acrylics. NOT OKAY! DONT BOTHER MAKING APPOINTMENTS THEY DONT MATTER!

I went here because my hair salon was next door . While I was getting my feet done I saw another customer checking out and she was charged for a deluxe pedicure without her knowledge . And had to tell the man , hey that's not what I had .
It was time for me to check out and unfortunately they did the same to me but because I was in a rush i didn't catch until now 6;45 am the next day . I was one of the last customers and I noticed he never asked for tip . Instead of charging me $20 for my basic pedicure . And $30 for my Gel Fill in , I was charged $55 ... no repairs or anything was made and he didn't go through what services I had either .. it sucks because the lady did my feet well & my nails were good . But I won't go to this establishment again knowing that he would take it into his hands to charge my card extra / put their own tip in ... extremely disappointed. I may actually call chase bank for this because it wasn't authorized .

Owner of the salon is rude and very rough handling. He was the phone the entire time and tried to con you forcefully into getting extra services while he is doing his job. The mani/pedi was nice but he dug so deep into my cuticle that I had hang nails for weeks.

Worst experience ever. Went there to get my acrylics taken off and owner yanked them off and caused my nails to bleed. Had my nails tearing downward and did not use acetone, etc to remove them properly. Would not go here again!!!

Quality of the salon is fantastic! I love how my nails came out and the owner is super nice!
