Can anyone relate to how much trauma one goes through trying to find a new stylist on the other side of the country after having the same one for more than 35 years? After moving here from Seattle I tried several stylists and had almost given up on finding one who would really listen and do what I wanted—that is, until I found Ballistic Hair on Stone Drive in Kingsport. I called them based on some positive on-line reviews. Luckily, Melissa Williams, who has worked at the company for 22 years, had an opening the following day. She’s excellent! I showed her a picture of the kind of cut I wanted and described what I didn’t want. She listened carefully and the results from her careful razoring and scissor-work were exactly what I had hoped for. I tend to be a very loyal customer if I like their work, so I will definitely back. Thanks, Melissa!
