Do not go to this dry cleaner. I brought a wool coat in that's care tag instructed "dry clean only" for a routine cleaning, and this cleaner proceeded to ruin my coat. After returning my coat with clear damages (which I had to note that it was damaged and I would not be accepting it), they promised to repair it and call me when it was completed. After a month of no contact, I stopped in and inquired about the status of my coat, upon which they informed me that they wouldn't fix it. Do yourself a favor and never go to this place.

This place is a rip off...  It's next door to my building but it's too expensive.  

I take my stuff to the place on glebe across from the mall next to enterprise car... i forget the name but everything is like $1.20 or something like that (versus 3 or 4 dollars at this place)....

When I told the lady working there about her prices being too expensive, she said "well, go somewhere else"... very rude.  

Too bad because they are sooo convenient to me.
