I have used this dry cleaner for 20 years. The staff is always courteous, have always done a stellar cleaning job--honest in their appraisal of what they can and cannot do and their prices are competitive.

Helpful and flexible cleaners; I can't imagine what the negative reviewer is talking about. Well-organized and pleasant, they do mending, they do drapes, they're forgiving when I bring in something for a rush job. Highly recommended local business.

The staff here is dishonest, unhelpful, and incompetent white trash. Furthermore the owner could not care less about the business. He's just ready to retire and get out. The first time I tried this place, when I went to pick up my wash and fold and dry cleaning the girl couldn't find my expensive suit jacket. She swung the rack around for 10 seconds and claimed,'You'll have to come back tomorrow." I said,'You barely looked." She said, "There's a thousand pieces on this rack." "AND?!" Well, I picked up my basket and started to leave and she said, " You have to pay." I said, "I'll pay when you find my jacket!" and went to my car. Miraculously, she came out to my car and stated, I found your jacket." "In 10 seconds you found it? Where was it?" "I can't tell you." "What?!!!" And she wouldn't tell me." So, they're the only place in town for wash and fold, so I tried them a second time. I live five miles from this place, so I called to make sure they were open. I asked, "When will I have my clothes back if I drop them off before you close?" The answer was, "Saturday". I drove there a couple hours later and there's the same girl who acted like an idiot the first time. "They'll be ready Monday." "The woman on the phone said Saturday, that's why I'm here." "Well, you must have called the wrong place." "WHAT?! No, I did not call the wrong place." "Well, I'm not going to argue with you, I have work to do." "You know, I have to tell you, I don't like the way you do business. This is the second time you messed up." "I don't care, call the owner." So, I left and called the next day. The woman who answered apologized profusely for the actions of the girl I dealt with and said, "Get here by 1 and I will get them done by Friday." So I run down there in the middle of my work day and she says,"We aren't going to do your clothes." "Why not? You told me to get down here by 1PM.!" Unbelievably this woman says,"I didn't talk to you." "Then, who did I speak to?!" " I don't know,, it wasn't me" "How many people answer the phone?" "Two, me and her(The part-timer). "Well, I know it wasn't her. It WAS YOU And now you wasted my time and gas TWO days in a row! What is wrong with you people? Why are you lying?!" "You can call the owner." So,I eventually spoke to the owner and told him exactly what happened. He said that he'd like to take care of me but he's not always there. So instead of doing what he should have done, and simply gotten his employees to do their job, he ultimately said, "We're not on the same wave length, we'll have to part company." WHAT A NUT HOUSE! SARATOGA CLEANERS is a bit further, but they keep a quality staff, unlike these red neck, white trash idiots.
