Bally's is the most centrally located casino on the AC boardwalk. It is large and a little confusing to navigate. My husband and I enjoy the Dennis tower. The rooms look out to a courtyard and it is a very distinct historical building. Unfortunately during the summer noise from courtyard entertainment can be off putting. If you are a fan of Caesar's entertainment being a diamond member has excellent perks. The diamond lounge at Bally's is very large and has a very good selection of food. The pool/fitness area is expansive. Hot tubs are always on high heat and full pulsation. The added attraction in summer is the outdoor pool bar. Overlooking the boardwalk and Ocean the deck is a secluded hideaway from the expense of gambling.

Came here with a bunch of friends. The hotel is nice. The beds are ok though I prefer my bed at home. But they're not so bad but still. My friends were waiting for drinks forever that never came when they were gambling and when they asked the bartenders they were rude with them. The pool and hot tub was amazing! My favorite part of the trip. The elevators went up and down so fast it hurt my head so I had to stand in the corners. But overall it was a nice stay.

The location is convenient for the bus stop. Everyone was super friendly, from the security staff to the front desk. They were able to upgrade the room I reserved to an ocean-facing room with little fuss and it wasn't too expensive for the upgrade. They gave a comp $20 against food charged back to the room, plus some other comp items when I checked in. The room I had was in the tower facing the ocean - just lovely. Amazingly comfortable bed... I slept like a baby. The tub was just ok - it did show some signs of aging. Playing in the casino was convenient too. You could walk from Bally's to Wild Wild West to Caesars all without going outside, which is super convenient when it's cold out.

The clientele is a little rough, be ready for random drama while playing table games. I almost saw a fight, saw a couple people try to get people removed from tables, and others asked to leave. They also tried to give me the wrong room. That all being said the room wasn't too bad. If you're looking for upscale don't stay here. I'm very surprised they manage to get what the do for a night during some off times. I'd consider staying again, but only if I get reasonable priced rooms. I'm not saying don't stay here, I'm just warning what to expect.

The hotel itself isn’t so bad and it has a pretty decent casino but if your not a diamond member or seven star you’re out of luck. I’m a platinum member and took my 2 teenage boys with me and since they are not allowed on the casino floor I wanted them to hang out in the pool while the adults gamble. That was not the case they charge fees for using the pool $10 pp which I think is ridiculous I have never been to a hotel that does that especially if you are a guest there. The money isn’t the issue it just makes Bally’s look low class. Vegas is not nearly like that. You should show your room key and be able to use the pool. Please update your policies!!!!
