The staff is great. However i have been disappointed with their work. Every procedure I did .did not last ,the crows and the bonding I did broke and came out.

I have been a patient of Dr. Balmir-Thevenin for many years. The office clerks and technician are very attentive and friendly. I was disappointed with the last visit. I was called numerous times to expedite my appointment. Upon the appointment date for a cleaning. The technician advised that I would need a deep cleaning, not covered by the insurance. I was upset that I was not advised earlier of the expense. I cancelled my sitting that same day, and decided to take my business elsewhere. I received notice that same day in the mail from the same office, advising that Balmir-Thevenin, Joelle DDS will no longer be taking my insurance. Yet, they were expediting my visit in order to cash in on my expense loosing total trust.

My son loves Dr Thevin. Says the cavity filling procedure was pain free compared to his former Dentist. However he doesnt like the assistants/techs who do the cleanings. He says they are rough and unfriendly.

These people do great work, and are by far the nicest dentist office that I have dealt with.
