My family has been coming to Dr. Jockovich for YEARS before he sold his practice to Zamora and boy what a disaster she has created. She is the typical GREEDY dentist that will tell you 100 things are wrong with you to make money. I’ve heard 2 personal accounts already of cases she has done, failed and turned the other way when it came time to assume responsibility. She is the type of dentist to do what SHE wants versus hear the patient out and do what the patient NEEDS. Do yourself a massive favor and find a good, ethical dentist who will take care of you the way Jockovich took care of me and my family for years. Never again will I or my family step foot in that office.

The owner's Greediness and lack of respect and consideration for her long time patients and the receptionist's Ineptitude go hand in hand in this dental practice, one feeds the other. And the people that pay for all of these, are the patients. Dr Gonzales and Yeni (or whatever the receptionist name is), have the perfect fraud scheme going on, one makes "mistakes" out of complete laziness and the other one that should make sure her staff does the job they are being paid to do, just looks the other way with 0 consideration for how much those mistakes cost the patients. I guess Dr. Gonzalez is happy looking the otger away when it comes to her receptionist ineptitude as long as her actions or lack thereof keep generating more money for her even if it is at the expense of her patients. If you are looking for a dentist, I suggest you look elsewhere. You will be happier if you do.

Dr. Zamora and her staff were great! They were very kind in accepting us as walk-ins late Friday morning. We never felt rushed or cut short. Dr. Zamora was sweet, thorough, knowledgeable and caring. The front office staff was very kind and professional. Overall we were grateful to have found them. Great customer service is very hard to find in Miami, they exceeded or expectations.
