The friendliest Southwest staff ever. Even let me check in early. Easy in and out pick up for cars. Rail service into Maryland and Virginia were easy to maneuver. Also lots of food options early in the morning and places just to layover between flights. Well staffed security; quick and efficient, even with the mass of people coming through the lines.

I like this airport. It’s modern and although it’s quite big, it’s easy to navigate. Security staff is very friendly and we went through the security line in 15 minutes (on a Thursday morning around 7AM). There are a reasonable amount of places to eat and drink and enough restrooms which are spotless!

Great facility. Newer and well organized. One negatibe observation, though, was how loud and omnipresent the PA speaker system is. I could barely make any calls because of all announcements. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

Ghost town, sweltering inside. No where to eat at 8pm. I don't think they even know better. Even empty, wifi is garbage. To get worse, they'd actually have to expand. You cannot fit more fail in this place.

I've been going here for 20 years and it's gotten better and better. The new Southwest Terminal is awesome, lots of food and drink choices. Once they finish their rennovations it will be a great airport for the DC Area
