Worst pedicure ever!!!!!!! And it will be redone as soon as I get home. The tech even had the nerve to tell me white tips would not look good on me because my toenails were too short. Too short???? Yes, because she had just cut them that way. The white tips were not even and some are round and some are square. I am a licensed cosmetologist in this state and she insulted my intelligence when I questioned her method and the fact that there was still cuticle where she had not cut them.

Always a pleasant experience. Always get quality. Atmosphere is relaxing and elegant. The Owner and his wife are lovely people.

I would always rant and rave about this salon but progessingly realized they were destroying my nails. They do not take artificial nails off properly, leaving me with waves in my nails. I finally was able to bring two of my friends to this salon. All three of us got pedicures, basic pedicures and I got a manicure to go along with my pedicure. At the end all three of our totals were $35. Doesn't make sense. They were trying to scam them into paying $10 more. I will never go back to this salon. The owner knew this was going on and tried to pretend he didn't know what his employees were doing. Don't recommend.

If it were an option to give zero stars, I most definitely would! Don't ever go here! BAMA NAILS is the most unsanitary, unprofessional, unorganized, dysfunctional salon in the state of Alabama period! We spent over 3 hours in here, when it initially was supposed to take only one hour! The staff AND owners are very rude and nasty. The lack of communication between everyone is very poor and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! They're money greedy and don't care about the satisfaction of the customers. They rush through everything! They smile in your face only for show! However, the only nail technician I would recommend for anyone willing to sit through the disrespect and mistreatment is Jack! He's always friendly, unlike the rest of the employees! He is the best in there. Overall, it's a trash establishment that's going down hill. No matter how much "remodeling" they do, they can NEVER cover up the lack of customer service and the poor jobs they do.
