Layla had always done my hair and I have never had a complaint. They have some new lady who doesnt speak a lick of English do my box braids, they had huge knots and she started them off as scalp braids. I went and told Mimi who was there because apparently layla was out of town and she told me they twist around making excuses for the poor work, saying people do thier braids different. Since when do you all have huge knots for box braids? If i pay my money i want it done correct! Right?! Mimi preceeded to then tell me that the only person that could fix it was the same exact lady who messed my hair up and doesnt know when the lady would be available to redo the work. Who in thier right mind wants the same exact person back in their head not to mention the entire time I was there she and the lady ran thier mouths. I have never been in the shop and entire 9 hours like that.   Up until today I had nothing but great things to say but after today I rate this shop as the worst. I will be taking my money else where.

Lala done my hair the first time,her sister in law done my edges,her braids were bigger than lala and two of them have fallen out within 2 weeks
