Two things.  First, the quality of food here is laughable. The pizza is basically frozen oven quality. $15 for that?  I don’t think so. I literally laughed when I looked at the breadsticks… no wonder they’re buy one get one free. I ate a couple slices and gave the rest to my dogs.  Second, when ordering, they set it so you think you’ll get delivery in less than 30 mins, when they know it takes well over an hour to actually get to you. This is likely bc their food can’t speak for itself so they use tactics like this to get more orders and make more money. I get that everyone’s just out here trying to make a buck, but trust me - you’ll do much better for yourself if you’re honest and put out a quality product.

Friendly over the phone service. Ordered pizza and zucchini sticks. The pizza was good. Arrived hot and not excessively greasy. Crust was firm but not tough and not too thick. The sauce seemed a bit sweet and served the pizza just right. The zucchini sticks were fried well and not greasy. I shall return.

Ordered Bambino’s the other weekend and paid with card over the phone. The pizza never arrived and I was still charged for it. I called the next day and they said they would look into it and issue a refund “if the pizza really wasn’t delivered”, which it was not. I never received the refund and will never order here again. Money down the drain.

I haven’t even been able to taste this food yet and I am already annoyed to the core. I ordered online tonight and it said it would be here by 11:40 pm but it’s already 2:05am mind you I ordered about 10 minutes ago. I wanted to call the restaurant to make sure that was a mistake. I eventually found out it was a mistake by having my boyfriend call. What bothered me was that I called and I heard someone pick up then immediately hang up on me. I get it you maybe busy and might not have enough time to answer the phone but hanging up on someone isn’t going to keep you in business for long. Incredibly rude.

Our pizza came with hair baked into the cheese. The cheese sticks had tiny hairs on the box. I called to get a refund and the only thing that they said was that was strange. No apology.

So good, and open late for when you are out on the town. Very friendly staff. Grab it on your way home and enjoy with some ranch. Some of the best pizza in Dormont.Food: 5/5

I went to bambino’s yesterday and there service was fantastic as well as there pizza I had a XL meat lover and a Large pepperoni and it was amazing plus they are open late night I would definitely come back again

first time in town, grabbed a few large pepperoni pizzas it was amazing, crust was flavorful and crispy, staff was extremely nice and professional..definitely would come back next time i’m in town!

Pizza was cooked well and delivered very quickly. The pizza sauce is TERRIBLE. It's unbelievably sweet and the crust topping makes it taste like gas station pizza.  I'll probably try it one more time just because they were so quick and had good prices, but the pizza was really, really not good.
