Beware of false reviews! I wish there was a zero star option. I'd like to start by saying I called ahead of time asking of they knew how to fix older Mercedes (1987 420 SEL, extremely well-maintained, from Atlanta).  After communicating the year, make and model of my vehicle, the person I spoke with answered "Yes". For "European Car Experts" they lacked the tools (and personnel) to do a simple valve adjustment?!? In addition, I requested a headlight replacement. When I dropped off the car I had only one headlight out, the brights worked perfectly. After driving I discovered my lights were completely out EVEN THE BRIGHTS!!! 
I can't quite understand why they're so highly rated, unless of course their customer base only consists of guys who want ridiculous spoilers or nitrous injectors installed. Don't believe the hype.

They are the most polite, professional and smartest German car guys in RI. I cant think of one reason to bring your German car to a dealer. I wish I could give them more than five stars. Its Banchwerks  only for this guy's Audi TT.

great place. i had the wheels stolen of my car a few months ago so i ordered some new rims/tires and they drove down to my apartment and mounted the wheels on my car in my parking lot. It was a huge help

These guys are awesome.  They enjoy working on their own cars (and hit the track often), and that passion means you get excellent service and quality workmanship.  The prices are very reasonable, and I found that the numerous times I've been there the final bill is spot on to the estimate they had provided, so there were no surprises. 

I highly recommend them if you have a BMW that needs some work.
