State Auto was amazing! I did significant damage to to the front quarter panel, bumper and wheel of my brand new SUV. State Auto made arrangements to tow my car; obtain a rental; and, take care of the damage. It took a little bit of time (because it was a challenge to get the new parts), BUT... State Auto and their staff made sure they did the most professional job without cutting any corners. My car was returned to me just like new - just like the day I drive it off the dealership lot. Thank you Steve, Mario and staff. You are a class operation! I would highly recommend you!

I brought my 2015 Toyota Highlander for auto body work. The entire passenger side was damaged due to an accident. State Auto Body took care of the insurance, rental car, and all details of the repair. Very professional, courteous, and meticulous. I picked up my car this week and very happy with the results. The car is perfect, and even detailed the interior and exterior. I highly recommend State Auto Body if you need auto body work!

The guys at State Auto Body replaced and repaired the bumper and quarter panel of my 2007 Honda Element. I knew from when I entered the office when I was dropping off the vehicle that these guys were meticulous and professional because the office was immaculate. I really appreciated Mario's pleasant and direct approach. I truly believed he cared about the work and that he would take care of me. The body work took a little longer than estimated and he was always forthcoming with the information. The day to pick up the car it was cleaned and detailed like I had just purchased the vehicle. True professionals and I would recommend!

The team at State Auto Body provided me with excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help me when I was experiencing a car related emergency. On my way to work at the VA hospital, a noise from my car that had been increasing in volume grew louder and more concerning. I googled closest mechanic shop near me and had the great fortune of that shop being State Auto Body. I called over to the shop and the team helped me to arrange a same day car drop off and they were able to accommodate me within the very narrow window I had available to leave work. After dropping off my car, a staff member gave me a ride back to the VA. They were able to identity and fix the problem very quickly, and because it was clear that the issue was due to a previous mechanics carelessness (not properly screwing down the lug nuts when the snow tires were put on), the State Auto Body team did not charge me for the service. The team also drove my car back up to the VA so that I was safe and had no delays in terms of getting home by close of business. I am truly grateful for their generosity and efficiency! (This feedback is overdue - my apologies to the State Auto Body team! You guys were awesome, thank you again!) 10/10 highly recommend!

This is the fourth time I have brought a car to State Auto Body. Mario and Steve are very knowledgeable, courteous and always available when you have a question or concern. Their level of professionalism is outstanding and they get the work done in a timely fashion. My cars have always looked impeccable when finished and I would recommend them to anyone.
