I want to thank the Band Room for it’s great customer service as always since our kids were in band when they were little.  I decided it was time to do something I wanted to do and age is no object to me.  I was interested in learning saxophone as a hobby and for my health.  I don’t know much about music! So in March 2017 I got an Alto saxophone and book from Heights band room I trust most and signed up for lessons in Cove Band room. I read and studied the book while I waited for an opening to start my lessons.  

While waiting for a lesson opening I asked my family to look for a Korean book (Orthodox point of Saxophone manual) for me that I need most.  I found out about the book on a Korean web site.  

One day I got a phone call from the teacher after 2 months of self teaching with the english book.  I had lessons in June and July. In the middle of August my lessons stopped because the band room had to be ready for business for school students and my teacher said he will let me know when he has time for lessons.  I understood it completely. And teacher posted twice what is going on I thank him for his time to call what is going on his schedule.  At the same time my family found and ordered the Korean book and I received it August 24. I started lessons at the band room again in September and after a couple of lessons there was a little misunderstanding between teacher and student with my language and different personality.  It was very interested to my perspective to me with honestly.

I thank my teacher for giving me about 11 saxophone lessons.  They were very helpful in all things It work for good.  But I respected my personal management and my time are very important to me and I let you know it. The Korean book has ‘Everything from beginner to advanced’ and it feels like it is best for me. With it I am able to take my time at my pace now.  I have got to know saxophone and I manage to spend the time to be able to play. In the future I think about the band room worker and my Saxophone teacher a part of my Saxophone life!

The store is small and if you're not careful you could pass right by it. But the people are very friendly, knowledgeable on their books and most items needed in nearby schools.

Very helpful staff I don't know anything about  instruments they didn't treat me like a idiot they helped me get a trumpet for my daughter plus explained how to use and care for it
