Overall we had a good experience here the wait was a bit long but they did a good job with our dog. We'll come back here again. But nothing out of the ordinary to Rave about.

SHOUT OUT 2 MIKE, Vet Tech and HOLLY, Banfield Pet Hospital for outstanding Customer Service. THANK YOU for going the extra mile in providing answers to my questions regarding my dog  neurological issues. You made a difference and eased my worries during a difficult time. MUCH Appreciation to both of you.

These vets and vet techs were amazing. One of yhe most compassionate and caring facilities ive ever visited in my life. My kitty, Muscles, had FIP and unfortunately be put to sleep. They were amazing beautiful ppl, they let me stsy with her and comfort her until it was done, then a couple of weeks later i got a condolence card signed by not just the vet and techs that helped my poor suffering baby but from everyone. It brought me to tears. This place is the BEST ive ever seen. Thank you guys so much for everything. You're all beautiful people. If i could give more stars i would.

My dog was seen at Banfield for a laceration on his paw. I dropped him off and he received the treatment that was needed. Their communication with me was excellent. They informed me about everything and I felt comfortable with my dog being there. Their prices are reasonable and both nurses that spoke with me truly cared about my dog. They were understanding and kind.
