Had a great experience, when taking my cat there. The doctor I saw was on loan to Tuckwila from the Renton location, but everyone from the front desk to the techs to the vet we're professional and kind. The location is clean with ample parking and well laid out, inside of a Pet Smart. If you go online, you can also have your first check up free for new customers and a single pet.

I recently went to this vet for the first time. The staff was very friendly. I didn't care for the sales pitch for they're wellness plan. Otherwise it was great. I was able to get the shots that my dog needed and some good advice for a couple of other minor issues without breaking the bank. Thanks guys I'll be back!

This place is garbage. Set an appointment for my pup a week ago and after 30 mins of seeing him they informed me they wont take wolf hybrids after i had mentioned his breed over the phone when setting the appointment and while signing in for said appointment. Friendly staff, but that doesn't make up for the fact I informed them of his breed and they wasted my time.

The vet itself are really nice and haven't had to many issues. The main thing I want to tell everyone is about their wellness plan. Whatever you do not sign up for this plan. As this is not an insurance and does not cover anything! If your going to pay a monthly amount then get insurance. My dog recently was euthanized because we found out he had cancer. When we found out he had cancer the banfield wellness plan did not help a bit because we had to go to another doctor for an ultrasound then another doctor for the surgery then another doctor for the chemo. After going thru this for 3 months we found out it was time for our baby to go to heaven. I called Banfield to see about getting my wellness plan cancelled since my dog has passed away. But they wouldn't let me because I use it a couple times in the beginning. They said I needed to pay until the year was up. I am mourning my dog who was my child and I am having to pay a bill each month until it is up. I could understand not letting someone just cancel or if you gave the pet up. But my pet died! whatever you do not do it. Sign up for insurance that all places take it!

Absolute worst time scheduling. Appointment was rescheduled twice, I refused to reschedule a 3rd time.
