I almost didn't take my dog here because of the many negative reviews, but it's so close by and they were able to squeeze us in for a same-day emergency appointment when my regular vet wasn't able to see us for another few days. I'm so glad I did! They got us in a room immediately and started running the fecal test right away. The vet, Dr. Hollan, saw us immediately and took her time with my dog who doesn't like strangers. She was very friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. The vet tech was also great. Even though they were very busy (it was a Saturday afternoon and they squeezed us in between other appointments) they were able to pinpoint exactly what was wrong with my dog and get us a couple prescriptions and get us out of there in only about an hour. Also, our visit wasn't even remotely as pricy as I had anticipated. Great experience as far as vet visits go. Just felt inspired to write this review for anyone who is on the fence about coming to this vet because of all the negative reviews, most of which look to be at least a few years old.

We had to bring our dog here for an emergency euthanizing, on a Sunday an hour before close. The staff was kind and caring and if you care about pricing, it was reasonable.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. we took our 4 year old cat in because she was vomiting. they did xrays and blood work. it was a holiday so they were closing early. they told us our cat either needed to be euthanized or have emergency surgery. they told us to go to a specific pet hospital and that they would send over all of the information they had on the cat. we got to the pet hospital and they had no idea we were coming. they also couldn't find ANYTHING wrong with our cat and sent us home. BANFIELD PET HOSPITAL IS A JOKE.
