The customer service is amazing! I had to correspond via email prior to our first appointment and Crystal was extremely helpful and pleasant. Then when I had to call into the office every person I spoke to was extremely helpful and pleasant. Our dog, Odin, loves everyone at the clinic (especially Kristi) and feels very safe there. Which is important to us. We are very pleased with the quality of care and service!

About a month ago we rescued our dog Tucker. We have not had a pet for awhile so did some research prior to choosing a place to try. There are A LOT of veterinary hospitals/clinics in my area, so I figured we would have to "try" multiple before finding the right fit for us. I am happy to say, Northpointe was our first stop and we need not go any further. I am beyond happy with my experiences here. Everybody is friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and patient, as I had a lot of questions and at one point Tucker became a little less than pleasant. Tucker and I are very happy here and feel no need whatsoever to "check out" another place. We are fortunate to have found Northpointe so quickly. We look forward to many years with this wonderful team! Bonus: They are located 10 minutes from my house and right next to a great groomer!

This team was fabulous! They got our dog Elmer in ASAP, were friendly, knowledgeable, informative and kind to us! I'm so relieved to find a good vet in the area after having some not so great experiences with corporate/chain practices over the last few years! Elmer loved the staff & Dr Bruce and can't wait to come back for another visit! Thank you guys, you're great! We have some pretty high standards for veterinary care, having previously been a vet tech for nearly 10 years myself - I was super impressed and will definitely be using you guys for all future pet care needs!

Always know who my cat is when we walk in which i think is pretty neat. It immediately puts me at ease since ta king a cat anywhere is stressful. They are kind, quiet and low stress and very helpful. We moved farther away from the clinic and tried a new place closer to home and it was not the same. We drive the extra miles so our cat can have the best treatment and service.

Nice people, good facility but just not as experienced at cat care as Cats Exclusive. Missed diagnosing tongue cancer in one of our cats. Quick to throw every test at something instead of being prudent with what to test for so visits here can become expensive.
