With all the changes and new staff within the last year this location is full of so much love and care for their FURbabies! This dedicated staff takes time and understanding for all cases. The NEW Practice Manager Alecia goes above and beyond to ensure that clients have had the best experience with our clinic! The doctors are beyond knowledgeable and care even on days off! You can always hear the laughter and baby talk in the lobby which always make you giggle when times maybe running behind. I love leaving here feeling happy and all my questions and concerns have been answered or will be within a few days. I have six FURbabies all of having some major health issues and they love coming to see anyone of the doctors and vet techs as they get completely spoiled here!!

My leel Gronkus goes in regularly​ to see Sara and, oh lordy does he just adore her. The entire staff is just swell. Such and spectacular place for your leel friends.

We take our dog here and everyone is super friendly. The staff is great and you can tell they love animals. Thank you Dr. Goldstein, Kate, Alicia and Jenn. Roxy loves you all! You have made this tough journey alot easier.

First I was asked to come in earlier which I did but then I wasnt seen until the time I had orgininally scheduled. I took my dog in with an ear issue, upon inspection words from the Vet is there is obviously an infection, but he didnt want to swab because it would just show there was an infection not what the infection was caused from. Then Dr. Goldstein took my dog out of the room in an effort to see my pet in a more calm setting as he was not wanting to cooperate with the ear inspection to see if he could see further what was causing the infection. He brought my dog back a few minutes later, the tech FULL of dog hair and him holding two bloody swabs. He stated that he wouldnt be able to look in the ear without sedating my dog. They gave me an itemized paper explaining all they wanted to do and the costs which included sedation and inspecting the ear, rymidal, and the office visit for 571$. This did not include if there was something that actually needed fixing this was just to look. My husband and I passed on the procedure and left. At no point did Dr. Goldstein think it was a good idea to put my dog on antibiotics even though he saw an infection. I ended up going elsewhere and my dog did not need to be sedated, simply covering his eyes did the trick and it turns out he had allergies. The first thing the other Dr did was put my dog on an antibiotic to rid the infection. My total out of pocket costs ended up being 86$. I will never go to a Banfield again and I will never send any friends or family there either.
