Called to get a simple price estimate on a procedure for my dog and was told they absolutely will not give out any prices unless you're standing there in the office. This is for something I've gotten many other vets to give me a price on, so it's clearly not just a liability issue. I have three large dogs that each get their full vet workups every year, and Banfield is so close to my house I wanted them to be my new vet. I'm not going to bother if every single time I need to have something simple done I have go through a two step exam-procedure process with no idea how much it might cost. Just so you know what you lost.

Great pricing program and excellent vets and assistants that care for my Puggle dog. They will always take emergency walk ins and have twice saved my pups life during emergency situations. I find them to be a great bunch of people.

Banfield has taken good care of my dogs. Particularly Dr. Dolese - she has been wonderful. She provided excellent emergency treatment to my Lab this morning. I highly recommend Banfield.

I haven't even made it to my appointment and I'm disappointed in the service. I returned a call I received and the receptionist was very rude. She could not find my information with my pets name, phone number or my name. She said you didn't receive a call from this location we don't have an appointment for you. I said your office called me and left me a voicemail requesting additional information. I gave her the date I received the call and the email I received about the appointment I requested online. She said to me several times we do not make appointments online. I said ok if you don't then why did your office call me. She finally explained it's not an appointment I made online but an appointment request. I said ok appointment or appointment request are you going to help me or not. If not put someone on the phone who will. She finally said my appt was confirmed. I will be canceling the appt because of her rude and condescending attitude.

Called about reactions and the staff was cold and unhelpful. We'll stick with our Banfield location in South Riding where the staff is more friendly and informative.
