Beautiful place. We recently adopted a puppy from here. The staff are extremely polite and courteous. Look forward to using their vet and boarding services soon.

Had to put my pet to sleep - they took me directly into a relaxing room and the staff wss so supportive. They even made a paw print and gave me a card. The entire staff signed it. Made a terrible event a little easier.

My family has been going to Serenity for the needs of our different animals for almost 20 years - which has included 3 dogs, 5 ferrets and a cat. Most recently, I adopted my dog through Serenity and have been taking him to there for his continued care. They've never been less than fantastic, both in their customer service and in the quality of care that my pet has received. I couldn't recommend Serenity enough.

Not a good place for adoption. I have a great background, family, home in troy with fenced yard, I've owned dogs and they are a part of our family. Never heard back from my application. Not a yes or no. Phone calls not returned and staff at desk is rude and condescending. We bought from a breeder. Not our first choice. Adoption was. Kind of makes me wonder what they are doing with their dogs that they won't call back or try to adopt out.

They were friendly and I was always seen within a decent time, but they didn't seem to take a lot of interest in my cat. When I first went there with my Pebbles, they told me he had herpes (upper respiratory infection in cats) and it would come and go. They gave him some medicine but overtime nothing improved. I took matters into my own hands and went to a different vet for another opinion on his health. I told the other vet what was wrong with him and they took X-rays and blood work right away. (Serenity never did this) Turns out Pebbles doesn't have herpes, but he has heartworm. I feel like if Serenity took the time to take his blood and x rays then they would have been able to diagnose him correctly.
