My first experience was whem my dog had a terrible life threatening ear infection. I had taken her to several vets and none of medication they gave her was helping. She was miserable. I went to pet smart to get some advice and there was a Banfield Pet hospital in the building. Once the medical assistant took one look at her ear she immediately called for a doctor. To make a long story short Lady was treated and has not had an infection since. Now that they are in Laverne it's even better. Dr. Harvey and the entire staff are the real deal. Top notch.  They treat your animal as if it were there own. AND they make great coffee!

So my dog has super long nails and we had to go there because she got stuck in a blanket so we rushed there it took like 30 minutes to get in there my poor puppy couldn't hold it finally they called us and they said they were going to cut the nails 5 minutes later she finally came out the nurse sad the she was bad tamed I was like excuse me your the bad tamed her and they chopped mt dog nails all the way down and she was squirting blood so if you really love your dog please don't bring them their
