I brought my 1.5 year old golden for her first vet visit to San Dimas Hospital and Dr. Singh did not read the papers correctly, leading to her getting 2 vaccination shots that she didn't need. He reimbursed the vaccination fee and apologized. I understand that it happens, but my golden started feeling lethargic for two days. The session was also very hurried with a 40 minute wait time before we actually saw him. Would not recommend.

I had an emergency event for a dog I am sitting and the nurses and doctors here where wonderful in helping me and easing the fears of the dog owners.

Been taking our Furbees here for 14 years, while they can be pricey they know what they're doing and provide excellent care.

So I came in to get vaccines today and I checked in at 1:10 p.m. I waited around 45 minutes. two people that came in after me when in front of me for vaccines so I asked what was going on they tell me they have emergencies and they're feeling my vaccines. how is that when two other people that came in behind me are getting served​ before myself. When I asked the question what was taking so long the front office help gave me a dirty look as to why I am in such a rush when I have other things to do today. I watched the office staff work and it's very Troublesome to see three exam rooms open a whole waiting room of people and the staff is walking around in circles. The last time I was there two years ago I had taken myself off of the other account filled out all the paperwork but it seems that somebody didn't do their job over there once again and I had to refill out all my paperwork. So in regards to the poor customer service at San Dimas Animal Hospital I will no longer be having them providing me a service.

This is how veterinary services are supposed to be done. Community oriented, caring staff, professional, top notch service, no price gouging. You're in good hands here. We have regular check ups here for all our animals and have even had the unfortunate event of emergency services for our dog. They were amazing. We've been using them for over 15 years.
