The Banh Mi grilled pork is amazing! This is my second time here, and I will be back again and again. The Banh Mi is a generous serving of grilled pork and crunchy vegetables on a loaf of fresh French bread. The bread is incredible. There was a huge wall of pastries that looked phenomenal — we are excited to try them when we come back next time.
Wow what an amazing place and service from start to finish. From the beginning, you walk in and smell the fresh bread in the making. The staff is pleasant and welcoming. The selection is HUGE and so colorful. The shop is clean and fresh and the flavors are amazing !!! Would absolutely be back and recommend visiting. Thank you for a great service.
Absolutely love it here. I went in on Valentine’s Day and someone in the shop gifted me a heart shaped raspberry macaroon. I’ve never had a macaron that I like but since it was free I tried it and I do not regret it! It was delicious. I have yet to try a sandwich but that’s next and their pastries are delicious! The boba tea is yummy, honestly I could have that three times a day and just not eat food lol
This is my go-to place for Banh Mi in Tampa. The bread is fresh and crispy on the outside, and the fillings of each sandwich are delicious. I usually opt for the veggie one with eggplant! Customer service was really good. Thank you and keep up the good job!
Couldn't say enough about Banh Mi Factory in Tampa! Once you come and try any of their dishes, you will understand why I vouch for this place. Not only is the food delicious and well presented. The ambiance, decor and staff take it to the next level. Highly highly recommend it!
Banh Mi Factory is our favorite place! The food is authentic and absolutely delicious. We have wonderful service every time we dine there and the prices are so good. The flavored tea and delicious cakes are must-try too. We highly recommend this place to everyone!
I initially went here based off of a good recommendation and the reviews seemed raving, so I had to try! EDIT: LOT of these 5 star reviews seem very shady and suspicious. Beware. My first visit was pretty well, I love that the facility is very clean, it's got a great vibe and cute seating, and sometimes play popular kpop music. I went with my bf and mother in law; the combo pho was alright, Bahn mi sandwiches were yummy but the spring rolls were dry so won't eat that again. pork is overcooked too Today, the ball was really dropped. Me, my bf and our uncles ordered sandwiches and pho; we brought them since it was their first time and since we had a decent experience on our first time, we wanted to share. I'm not sure what happened but there was nothing but confusion and no communication within the staff. We had separate orders but sat at same table, which we confirmed with the cashier and she gave us a table number, which ended up being useless at that point. We waited a good 15 min before our sandwiches came out. Fair enough...but that's where it stopped. The rest of our order for the pho and my uncle's egg rolls were completely forgotten. I went up to the front to inquire about our order, I wanted no tendon as we were told in the combo pho that there was beef tendon. I was then told by another cashier that they don't put beef tendon in the pho, so there was that miscommunication already. Fine, ordered as is. Waited another 5 min before one of the staff said it'll be another 10-15 min wait. Came out 20 min later. My uncle also had to ask about his egg rolls which they later gave him after he saw they just left it sitting at the front counter for who knows how long. I kid you not, this was the worst pho I've had in a long time. Why?? The broth was off but the meat was way overcooked and super rubbery. How?? Putting the pho meat IN THE MICROWAVE is a HUGE NO from me! That changes the flavor and texture at the very least. All of us watched the staff put the meat in a bowl in the microwave then put in broth separately after. So here we are eating $13 bowl of microwave Pho, awesome. Not to mention the desserts are not even made fresh, some of them taste exactly like desserts from Costco, just pre-portioned and repacked at upsell price. my uncle knows one of the cakes tastes identical to pepperridge farms brand They also forgot another croissant sandwich order my uncle placed that we had to get up and inquire about too. We won't be going back here again for quite a while. Staff does not communicate with one another, no organization on orders and customer service is low. To get up 5 different times asking where our order was and them wondering where it was too was crazy, it was hardly busy too. But the whole microwaving the meat is a huuuuge no-no for me. Not authentic at all. And to be spending $60+ for 2 soups, 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks at the very least for 2 people, I would expect better. Very disappointed by this establishment. : I will stick to the pho place further down the street that actually makes theirs fresh from scratch, no microwaves there.
Cute Vietnamese restaurant in Tampa, Florida. The service was attentive and the food was well executed. They have all the classic Vietnamese dishes you would expect. The authentic Banh Mi Viet Nam was delicious and at $6.95 - 7.95 per sandwich, how can you go wrong. Would return to try more!
WOW! We thought we had good Banh Mi before but our delicious experience today at Banh Mi Factory taught us otherwise! Everything we ate was amazing - literally nothing wrong with anything, including the atmosphere and service. Gorgeous, stylish, clean atmosphere and so many different offerings from drinks, to sandwiches, to desserts. We had the golden fish, boba tea, macarons, fish cake Banh mi, bulgogi banh mi and key lime dessert. Everything was perfect. I can’t wait to bring people here! This is the perfect place for a quick snack, a long chat with friends, a first date, and much more. We will be back MANY times even though we’re 30 min away!
The nicest and cleanest Vietnamese place ever. The decor is cute and reminds me of Europe. The staff is very nice. I had the chicken pho during lunchtime and it's big & tasty. The same goes for the coffee. We'll definitely go back!
