I ordered online so have not actually been to their location. I had cookies sent as a get well basket and added some Christmas cookies since it is close to the holiday. I spoke my nephew and he said they were amazing! There were a couple of get well cookies and they looked exactly like the picture online. I had used this company once before and my brother said everything was good so it was an easy decision for this order. I will use them again and perhaps even order something for myself so I can taste for myself.
Couldn’t find many places that made cookie cakes but stumbled upon this place. Was able to put my order in a week in advance and it showed up on time! Friendly delivery driver and cookie was pretty good too gone in 2 days
The product was as it was described. It was delivered on time and the recipients appreciated the quality of the items.
This was a last minute purchase and’s Cookies by Design did not disappoint. The cookies were delicious and loved by my aunt who was stuck in the hospital for Thanksgiving, Thank you!
The cookies have not arrived. It was picked up by Fed EX on Saturday. It is now Tuesday late afternoon and the cookies are still in transit. I can not imagine those cookies will be fresh especially in a hot truck. I would not recommend using them across state lines.
