When this ATM is working, it is perfectly fine. However, half the time, the ATM is not working or there is a long line of people waiting to use the ATM. The bank should definitely do a better job at servicing this particular ATM. It seems pretty safe going over there to use the ATM because there was a high level of traffic and there's usually police presence either using the ATM or going to the store.
