Worst bank ever. Call for a pay off on my account pay the amount. Get a bill the next month. Call and ask why they said it's your interest. Why didn't they calculate this in my pay off? I've never had a card I call for a pay off and get a bill the next month.

THE ATM MACHINE IS THE ONLY ONE IN THE MAJOR METROPOLITAN AREA AND IT IS INOPERABLE MORE THAN IT'S OPERABLE!!!!!!!! BANK OF AMERICA SHOULD DO BETTER!!!!!!! AT LEAST PUT SEVERAL ATM's IN THIS AREA!!! PEOPLE DO MOVE TO THIS AREA FROM OTHER AREAS ALBEIT TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT!!!!!! I'VE USING THIS SAME MACHINE ALMOST 10 YEARS NOW!!! I WOULD HATE TO HAVE TO LOOK FOR A "LOCAL" BANKING INSTITUTION TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!!!!! DUE TO THE LACK OF FINANCIAL OPPORTUNITIES WITH ONLY HAVE ONE ATM IN THE ENTIRE CITY!!

Just stay away from Bank of America in general. When I came here, I expect the bank service would be better and easier. Instead, it is worse than the bank from my country. There is only one damn ATM in a big damn city, and it is 11 miles away. How am I supposed to withdraw my money without extra charges in a big city? Now, I am out of cash and all alone in a big city. Thanks to Bank Of America. Contacting Bank Of America is the most complex thing that I have ever done. There is no email that I can write to. There is so many phone numbers to call to. I have to look it up and choose one of the phone number to call. Can't they just have one phone number? Plus, they include their address for us to write to. But, think about it, who still write letter in this century? Waste time, paper and money. Everytime I call the customer service, there is automated voice system that replies me. I have to wait f**king 30 min just to talk to a real person. It wasted my time. Not just that, I could not get the correct information from one call. I gotta call multiple times, and different things were said to me. I have no idea which is the correct information. What pissed me off is the time I have to waste just to get one correct piece of information. When going to the office in person, the service is damn slow. Extremely slow. It takes up a long time just to do something that can be done in 15 minutes. I wanna complain to the bank of america. But there is no portal to complain lol
