Customer Service is awful. Both the gentleman and the lady look like they hate their jobs. Especially the lady, she likes to take out her frustration on her customers. All I was trying to do is send some funds via Western Union. Apparently you have to be a 5/3rd customer to do so. I'm glad I'm not a customer.

5/3 has the worst customer service. Their banks are never open on certain days, sometimes the ATM machines won't help you and your checks wont clear fast enough on certain days. If you are not careful, their staff members can get very nasty. Even if you call their 1-800-number, their operators can be very unhelpful sometimes. The best Fifth Third Bank branch is the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Airport because it is only 7 days a week. All the other are closed too much. Is there a better bank? If so, I would start banking with them.
