Unfortunately I had to go into the branch on Friday.  The line was nearly out the door because they only had 1 teller at the desk.  Since they know it will be busy,  couldn't they put at least 2 tellers to staff the counter?  Instead of having someone by the door asking why I was there, why not have them man the counter and actually help people?

I love the online access and ease of use and functionality,  but the 4pm closing mon-thur and now they even changed their Friday 6pm  closing time to 5pm so the average working person has almost a zero chance to take care of there necessary needs. Wake up BOA!!!

What bank closes at 4?? I work 8-4 everyday, please tell me how im supposed to do my banking when the only day i can go is friday...

There's always a wait at this bank.  There's supposed to be a person that checks you into the line.  They never got to me. We have a safety deposit box at this branch.  It takes a while to get into the box.  After you're done, the wait to return the box is never short either.  Not a great place to back if you want to get in and out fast.
