Dear Bank of America, 

I'm sure this branch brings in millions annually, I don't see why it's so hard to bring in at least 1 more teller. Every time I come here there's a line out the door and every person is complaining. How important is customer service for you?

Tellers are helpful and very friendly. Bank security guard is available when you use the outside ATM during banking hours

One of the worst locations. Definitely expect to be in a line for a while, I was for 1 hour today, One teller. Line is pretty much every day.

Worst one of branch. 1 teller for 15peoples in line. Thinking about closing business and personal accounts just bcz of Baltimore location are screweed up
