Came in to get notary service. With no line it took over 40 minutes wait time. Poor customer service on every occasion. Go to Spotswood branch.

horrendous customer service. never pick up phone calls. called 10x in a row for 3 days straight... not 1 answer...

HORRIBLE HOURS OF OPERATION.  IN THIS DAY AND AGE WITH A LOT OF OTHER BANKS STAYING OPEN LONGER AND INCLUDE SATURDAY AND SUNDAY HOURS TO ACCOMMODATE "WORKING"  PEOPLE, BANK OF AMERICA GETS A HUGE FAIL.  THEY ARE VERY INCONVENIENT AND UNACCOMMODATING IN THAT RESPECT.  I'LL BE FINDING A NEW BANK ON MONDAY!
