If you happen to show up at this bank for help with it's crook 35 dollars fees business forget it, Laray, one of the representatives of the bank didn't even wanted to spend his time calling someone to help get at least halve of my money back,I have been a customer with BoA almost 9 years but I don't think I want to be anymore

This is the location of my 84 year old mothers banking.Recently she had to have a very serious emergency surgery that the Drs. Did not expect her to make it through. She did survive, but needed me to take over her banking and finances. I had to go in and try to get access to her accounts and etc. It was an very emotional and stressful time for me, but Kelly Smith came to my rescue. She sat down with me and very kindly and patiently walked me through the steps of what I needed to do. She was so helpful and kind, and very sympathetic of my situation., When I left her that day, I not only felt successful in what we had accomplished , but I left there feeling like I had just made "a new best friend"! Ever since that, when I have been back in for banking purposes, and she sees me, she rushes up with a hug and a smile to ask how my mother is doing, and how I am doing. She is an amazing person, and has definatly made a positive impression on me and my confidence in banking with "The Bank Of America" Oak Grove Branch"!

Super slow and not enough staff. B of A no thank you I don't want to open an account with your understaffed really slow bank

Horrible service. Blank faces on immature counter staff when asked basic questions about parts. Inventory is never correct so don't bother going in. You could try calling but you'll be put on an indefinite hold. Napa is across the street and Autozone is about a mile South and are much better choices.
