the bank is not a great secured bankig system i mean the security with firearms dont have firewalls and are not supposed to anyway aND I LOT OF MY MONEY WAS BEING STOLEN MY ACCOUNT WITH BANK OF AMERICA IN TOWSON MARLYLAND OR WAVERLY

I go there weekly to deposit for my business, you have to wait 15 to 20 min before you make it to the counter. only one person there at the counter, I asked the manager will you add more people to help customers. "That will never happen" Manager responded, she said she can take my deposit from the line if I didn't care about the receipt!!!! I was not going to leave money in someone's hand without a receipt!!! If you don't care about the wait time, the service at the counter is decent, but don't expect to go in and out in no time! gotta find another branch for my business or switch to a different bank!
