I had been a customer of this branch since 1999.  The customer service quality  used to be five stars. They cared about me and put me first. 

Today, they do not.  A BOA employee mis-spelled my wife's name. We asked them to correct it bc we needed documentation that has the correct spelling .  Granted, it was after hours....I asked if they can correct it the next day.....the employee told us neither he nor the manager wanted to talk to me.

If you could imagine a bank with no drive through. The worst functioning bank EVER! SIT IN LONG LINES FOR HOURS!  I HAVE A PICTURE OF THIS HORRIBLE LINE I AM CURRENTLY STANDING IN MY ALL WHITE DOGS ARE IN THE JEEP BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE ANY TELLER LINES AVAILABLE IN DRIVE THROUGH ON A SATURDAY. I KNOW WHY I BANK AT WELLS FARGO AND CHASE NOW!

I have been a customer since 2007with 3 BUSINESS accounts. Overall the service has been pretty decent thus the 3 stars (I would give 1 star for the current situation)  which is the BoA at Austin/Dulles is closed for renovation and the bank on Hwy 6 near Brook Street has had their drive up tellers closed the last 2 days. I cannot physically walk in the  bank at this time so that is not an option. I finally had to go to BoA near Sienna Plantation which does not even have live drive up tellers (not very helpful in general but especially now for me). They do have an ATM teller assist which I do not care for because it is very cumbersome and limiting (coins cannot be deposited at the teller assist and you cannot get change back from a deposit).  It leaves me wondering if anyone even thought about the effect on their customers with no drive up tellers.

Rude,Onoxious employees .  They act like your borrowing money not withdrawing your money.

This Bank of America is horrible. Terrible customer service. THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR DAMN PHONE. THEY SAID THEY WILL SEND THE INFORMATION I NEEDED THRU MAIL A WEEK AGO. IT'S BEEN 2 WEEKS NOW. NO RESPONSE.  AND WHEN U TRY TO CALL THEM, they never pick up.
