I've never had a problem with this location.  I've made appointments to speak with a financial advisor for free, used the atm with no problems, deposited checks through the teller and through machine..  

People aren't super excited and happy but I wouldn't expect that from them..  they're polite and professional. 

I would say that sometimes when you walk in to find info other than depositing/withdrawing money that it's you don't know where to go... and it's really quiet and it takes a while before someone asks if you need help with something.

Always understaffed and ths teller by the name of Jacqueline seems to always be in a angry mood. There is another chase down the road on highway 6. Never coming here again.

What is it with these people? Waited in line for 25 minutes and had a simple question regard transferring funds. I finally get in front of the boob behind the counter and she says, "You have to speak with a personal banker".  Doesn't give directions on who at the bank has this title, or what I need to do online... Typical big bank BS.

I did not have any issues here. I only waited for about 5 minutes and then had all of my needs handled professionally from one of the bankers.

ATM out of service!! Bank w/ATM near Missouri City Tx Walmart, it wouldn't dispense cash. I attempted to use indoor ATM but the door was lock. I called Chase, they show locations in full service. 
Chase Rep directed me to Beltway 8 & Ft Bend ATM Houston. There was a line there... but ATM worked. Smh.
