Do not go to this location. You wait in line for ever. When you go to get help from customer service, all they care about is up selling something. I have banked at B of A for 20 plus years. I need to switch banks. Main Street location is better. Staff are friendly. Lines are still a bit long at times.

Thay shut down the other branch and ever since the branch has way to many people in one location I'm been banking with them for 21 years and I'm going to start a new account that takes care of there coustmers better don't bank hear in hillsboro oregon been in line for 30 minits b4 helped never agen good buy b of a

Poor resource utilization! There were 5 people in line inside and 2 cars waiting in the drive-in, 3 employees, only one teller, one watching the teller and one standing at the door greetings! I was in line for almost 5 minutes and not even 1 customer was completed the service. Should make improvements. I went to the BoA branch on Main Street Hillsboro, it took me less than 1 minute to complete my business!

Kudos to Edgar Hernandez for helping me with a difficult account issue. He went beyond the call of duty to assist me. I've been a Bank of America customer for over ten years and after having accounts at other major banks, I have to say I have had the best experiences with B of A. Keep up the good work folks!

I'm extremely disappointed with the service that's provided here. I went in today for an appointment and ended up for 10 minutes to find an employee to tell them I have an appointment. Seriously, there's no employee waiting at the door to greet us? I ended up waiting in the long line to speak with a single teller about my stitution. They told me that they'll be with me soon. I ended up waiting more... Then a lady came up to me and rudely, very rudely, ask me what I'm here for. I told her about my appointment and ended up waiting more. All in all, the waiting was making me mad and I ended up leaving. By the way, this place is filled with Mexican and they all speak in Spanish. I felt discomforted and out of place as all the employees were speaking Spanish with the customers. This is one of the worst Bank of America branch I've gone to.
