I spoke to Jaime after finding this financial institution online. I had a very positive experience. 1. He was very upfront about the process and followed up when needed, but never pressured me. 2. Understood what my goal was and focused just on trying to find a solution for that. Again, no pressure. 3. When it came time to do the paperwork, it was fast, efficient...I even met with them in the morning before taking my cat to the vet..and they allowed me to bring my cat in so that I wasn't worried about him being in the car. Who does that? That was so thoughtful! 4. I've worked with Buck in the past, when this was called a different company name and he actually remembered me. I was very impressed. You aren't really a customer...you're someone they get to know so that you become a client whenever you need them. I guess that would be my takeaway. They helped me out of a jam after my deployment and that was really appreciated. I just read the reviews about the website when making payments and checking your account...I have to agree with other people's experiences. I won't change the rating on my review, since it was about the experience with the people I met...but that website does not reflect up-to-date information and I would give it 1 star...here are some examples: If you do auto pay, in only shows up deducted from the total...but days and days later after it was removed from your account. It's not current. The only place you'll see a record of it is in the monthly statement, no where else on the site. You have to wait for that statement. Makes no sense. If you make a manual payment, it shows up pretty quick...about 2-3 business days. But it's there, on the list of payments. You don't have to wait for the statement to reflect it. You see it... I like that auto-pay feature. Hate how the website consumes and presents information. Money that you've paid should never be hidden. And this site does that.

Last time we will ever do business with this company or this office. They turned in incorrect paperwork to the Dept.of Motor Vehicles, resulting in them altering the address and phone # on our drivers licenses, resulting in lost work time and many phone calls to fix. The phone calls have been become excessive, and are on the verge of a cease and desist letter, and a complaint with the state and FTC, along with the BBB. They keep calling my work number, even when told repeatedly not to, against the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. We have now placed a block on our DMV records so no further changes can be made without our approval, and are seeking refinance with someone else.

One Main is great they have always helped me when I needed it without any hassle, their always friendly, and I've never had a problem with them.

Very poor website. Does not show all payments made. Does not deduct payments shown on website from total due shown on website.
