The ATM menu selection beeps entirely too loud. I have to kinda put my head down or cover an ear to use the drive thru ATM lol. Sounds silly but it's true. This location is convenient because it's right in front of Walmart so I would hate to have to drive miles away because of a volume issue. Trying to figure out how to best let them know since the people inside will say that they have no control over the ATM like when the machine ate a $20 bill when depositing cash one time. I will update if there is a change.

It's always 2 tellers at the front never more! I've been standing here for 20mins now and they did have 3 tellers but one just decided to walk out the door. Not sure if it's lunch or what but they need to understand there's about 30 people in line right now, 2 tellers and they are taking their sweet little time! This is the WORST bank ever! They don't even have a drive through anymore! They might as well just close down seeing how none of their workers want to work anyways!

I don't know what's slower, this bank or the dmv. WORKERS MOVE VERY SLOW. Not motivated to help people.

They do not have any safe boxes available till next year. It seems like a big financial center but short staffed.
