Awesome service, the man that runs this pawn shop is very understanding to his customer needs.  He has great memorabilia  and nice selection of firearms. I have just retired out of the military and I have received satisfactory customer service the first time I visited the place. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Chris was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful with any question I had. very professional and courteous to everything he did for me. I plan on doing more business with them in the near future. I see people don't like the $25 transfer fee, honestly that's a deal from where I came from, up north you would be lucky to find friendly people with a $40 fee. many gun stores in Connecticut exceeded 50 and they were like "if you don't like it there's the door" and they hardly helped you... so all in all these guys are good at what they do and very fair at negotiating prices if you're courteous yourself. so far they get an A++ in my log.
