Lisa the beautiful lady that greets you with a smile and a kind words no matter how busy she always has time and patience for you.every person that has worked there since I have been banking there (2010) has ALWAYS been kind and  respectful. I have been a customer at Bank of America for over 20 years. They have always treated me right. It doesn't matter if I have $40 or $40,000 they treat me like I'm the most viable depositor at their Bank.

They are very friendly. They have a customer line concierge that helps you, before you make it to the desk agent, to make sure you get the correct help. Very professional friendly.

Watch out!!! They will suspend and cancel your account with out notice.  Hold your money for 3 weeks.  I've been banking with them for over 20yrs and have never had any reason for them to drop my account.  When you call them, they say its a business decision, no exceptions and no explanations.
