I wish I could give this bank below 1 rating. unfriendly staff, stupidity to the core. I assume when an appointment is made at 2, being a bank you honor and start it at 2. I waited 20 mins just for someone to speak to me. Worst branch ever. All that waiting and 0 result. She asks me the date I applied for my ssn. Wow, if this review is being read by bank of america customer relation. you guys should seriously consider reorganizing/staffing this branch. I wish I could sue for my lost time

Doors are locked and had to use an intercom to try and get in. But there was no answer. Now heading to a different Bank that will let me in.

Convinient location for those who work near by. The staff are friendly and helpful. I haven't had issues with this location. Oklahoma City Local Guides

Only bank of America in the area and they put their atm inside so if you're from out of town and need money your screwed after 5.

 Great building, the only problem was the attitude this rep had. She was rude and old about 95 with grey poofy hair. I get it she is old but you can at least be nice to customers that have been with you for a long period of time. Was already having a rough morning but she made it even worse with her snappy comments.
