Once in awhile able to receive good customer service this place does not value long term customers. I travel to get good customer service from bank of America but so far I've only found 1 that shows some care for customers.

If you use ATM machine, it is okay. However, if you want to do some paper work, I do not recommend. They do not know what they are doing. Just use ATM machine.

Had a bizarre experience today at Bank of America @ 661 NW 55th Terr KCMO 64118 today.  Tried to withdraw some money from my saving accounts.  I was being helped by an branch assistant manager name Wilson.  I never use ATM so never carry my ATM carry with me.  I had my State ID, my 2 BOA credits cards and my business ATM with me but was refused to make the withdraw because she can't "verify" me.  I verbally gave her my bank account #, the last deposit in the account.  I don't know how my signature show in her system but she said they don't match.
I've banked with BOA for 20 years. I told her it is ridiculous for one person to not able to get their money.  Ms Wilson told me there wasn't much she can do without the  ATM card.   I can't find my ATM card anywhere so I guess my money is lost to BOA ???

Always quick service here, managers are very nice and there is a short super friendly Hispanic teller that is always helping multiple customers!
