Use to go to the one in Westport because they had exceptional customer service. With that location now closed I have to go to this one. As a manager of a local business I am here multiple times a week to make sure deposits are correct, getting change for the stores, deposit receipts etc...the customer service here is almost none existent. The only person who has ever given me good customer service is Tenisha. She is a great person to work with. I will not name the people who routinely give me bad customer service. But it is pretty much everyone else except Tenisha. It blows my mind how these tellers just are so rude to people for no reason. The only reason this isn't a 1 star is because of the service I've received from Tenisha. As a whole this locatipon is awful. No personality here, low staffed on tellers at all times, come in for something quick and it takes over an hour. Ridiculous.

Two tellers and am currently 19th in line. It's impossible to get out of here in under half of an hour. And don't tell me to use the ATM machine because I can't cash a check or get a change order from it.

Bank of America took $300 out my account.. And I can't get it back.. I told them I wanted to close my account and instead of fixing the problem they were glad to lose a customer
