Extremely worst customer service, I had a BoA moneynetwork card and dint know the balance in my card but I wanted to withdraw the entire amount, they claimed that they will help me to withdraw the cask only if I would know the leftover amount in my card. Then what the heck are you guys doing there? Rather they can close this branch and do some other work.

I mainly use this branch to deposit checks or withdraw cash from the ATMs. There are only two, so there can be a line during the busy times, but they're user-friendly. There's also a drive-thru ATM if you don't want to get out of the car.

It's been a while since I've gone inside, but it was dated and definitely needed a remodeling. It can get very crowded, and just like every Bank of America, service can be slow if you come at the wrong time.

Extremely slow service: 40+ minutes. No effort to save or respect customers' time. Ineffective allocation of expert staff. No place to sign-in.
No privacy: Anyone in waiting area can easily hear every word of the conversation. Huge risk of identify theft supported by the bank!
No courtesy: A "senior" staff mentioned they're doing a favor to customers (as opposed to providing customer service for which they are actually hired for). He was wearing a tie and not doing any work!
Not kid friendly esp if the service is expected to be that slow.

Just experienced the worst customer service of any financial institution here. They are understaffed at the wrong time (Friday afternoon, really?) and completely unapologetic about long wait times. On the phone now to cancel my accounts.

I used to came here in 2003 and was great. 

I came back today to get cash out and one teller and 8 people in line. Not to mention rude and takes forever. She had to restart her system took another 5 minute. The big guy looks like a manager just standing around. 

Another guy in the back playing with his phone. 20 minutes total time to get money out. 

Not business friendly. I don't have time to spend 20 minutes in here. 

And no Business Section like most BOA locations.
