Not so happy about the customer service here... Not everyone but just one teller. She could do better then that. Because i never had any problem before for cashing check then depositing it right back.

I had a really bad experience with Sarah R. the local manager at this branch.  I went to get a cashiers check, and when she came over to the teller to give approval she started nosing through my bank account and reading all of my transactions out loud.   This includes amounts, deposit ID's, current balance etc.   It was completely uncalled for because I had more than enough funds in the account.  She started asking where my money comes from and what the check was for.   She asked where this deposit came from and said oh this one came from XYZ.   When I asked her to stop it she challenged me as though I had done something wrong.   When I asked for a customer feedback form she refused to give me one,   I asked her what the R on  her name tag stood for and she refused to give me the information.   She lost my trust as soon as she started nosing around my bank account for no reason and blurting out what she saw in front of other customers.  If she is too dumb to be discreet with my private information then how did she become a bank manager?  Sarah R! you suck at your job!
