I thought that establishing my business account with the manager, Genesis Johnson, was enjoyable, professional, and efficient. We look forward to doing business with that branch in the future. I brought my wife in on 10/3/17 and we had a follow up interview with the manager and the service again was professional, helpful, and friendly. Once again, both my wife and I look forward to doing business with this manager again.

They always have only one teller working even if the lines are all the way to the door which they always are.

The tellers are nice . However there is always only one teller and other staff will not step in and help. They state including the manager its not their job. Lines are always long and you spend over an hour there. Needs improvement.

I moved to Ypsilanti from Ann Arbor, and the difference in service is drastic. The way this Bank of America location treats it's consumers is despicable. Each time I come here, there is only 1 teller and a line of customers out the door. This was unheard of in Ann Arbor. I am deeply disappointed, and beyond frustrated. If I could rate it lowered than 1 star, I would.
