Worst bank. They always have long lines, inside or drive thru. I've gone a couple of times where they were *closed* in the middle of the day! The last time, I stood in line for 10 minutes with 5 people in line inside, a line at the drive thru, one teller open and 2 employees doing *nothing* before I walked out. Worth the drive over to the Cantrell Rd branch. Do not recommend this location!

This bank has some obvious problems but I did feel led to comment on a particular employee, Thomas, who "went to bat" for me and resolved my issue. This does not make up for the long lines and "dropped balls" that have occurred in the past.  That said, my review is five stars for Thomas' effort, and one star for the service I received previously, which equals three stars...

I don't know what all the bad reviews are talking about. I've had nothing but good experience at this bank. Yeah, sometimes their return item chargeback fees are too high and there was that one time there was a bad mixup with my account, but they were very helpful and understanding of the situation and were obviously doing everything in their power to rectify it all. Everytime I go in there, they're all friendly to the point of treating us as a fellow neighbor. We're all even on a first name basis!

Line is always craaazy lonnng. They refuse to hire more help. They always try to force you to do everything with the app. Hello people we're dealing with money. We want to see a teller. I went to see a financial advisor and even he said pull out your phone and let me walk you through the mobile app lol like geez really?
