Our State does an excellent job of offering its services to all the customers especially the STAR system for tag renewals. I appreciate the fact that if you have a question or a concern they will work with you to ensure you are aware of any and all options from tag renewal to drivers licenses to sales tax. I spoke with a lady today at the DFA about a renewal issue I had with the Benton Office and she helped me out and made sure I was just as important as the next customer.

Last year I renewed my registration and received my tag decal and registration at the DMV as usual. Four days later I received a notice in the mail that my payment didn't reach Little Rock and my registration wasn't good. Ok? Went to bank and provided DMV with proof of payment and received a 2ND registration in the mail. Now a year later I tried renewing for the year only to find out I STILL have a balance of  $52 for last year's registration AND late fees!!!!! I went back to the bank and got proof AGAIN only to be sent back home from the DMV (2nd time) w/o any resolve or my registration! They are researching my account?!? What's to research? I have 2 registrations and proof from the bank the money came out of my account?!? Maybe they should research their employees and find out where the money went!

It says hour may differ, just say your closed. On black Friday! Other then that you get 5 stars.
