Worst bank i have ever dealt with....if i could give them a negative i would....they help other people that walk in behind you instead of paying attention....and if you have a problem with account and there is a holiday and im not even talking about a real holiday you can forget about anything getting done until they feel like it and they could care less if you do without....they treat you like your cattle!!! Only time they are nice is when they want your money when starting a new account....i will be changing banks as soon as possible....i had just a little bank handleing my checks and never once had a problem or even had to call them....they did there job with a smile and you felt like a person. Then i switch because its who my job goes through and because of poor service and not handeling my account in a timely manner my family will be having to go without money or food for probably the next week till they decide to get off there butts and do their job...DO NOT START ACCOUNT HERE.....RUN!!!!

Great bank and location. Just wish they would have more ATM's, smaller lines in the lobby, and longer hours. But overall a great bank. Also more locations would help.

As far as lines well....every bank has them, Id have to say after being an ARVEST customer. Thank god im not anymore, Thank you BOA for being error free in maintaining my checking account. I rated 4 start due to the BOA hours, need to be open at least till five. Some of us get paid by checks and not direct deposit (behind in the times) so when I work 7-4:30 makes it impossible to get to the bank. BOA in Hawaii hours are worse, 10am-3pm
