There has to be a way to enter less than one star. Because this place does not even deserve 1!!  Always has long lines with only one teller working! There may be 4 people at desks in offices but only 1 helping a line that reaches the door. Talk about horrible service. I have talked with several "greeters" about it and get no where. They literally do not care. The gentleman today said they can't do anything about it, that it is what it is. How is this in any why acceptable to Bank of America?

Never ever using this particular branch again. One teller working with 6, 7 when I walked in, people in line with three people just walking or standing around not at all doing a dang thing. All I needed to do was deposit money but had to go inside because their machine just would not work correctly. Once nearly 30 minutes passed I was done. And by done I mean I just walked out without even doing my deposit. Highly unprofessional. Must be nice to have a job where you can just ignore customers. I wish zero stars here was possible.

This has to be one of the slowest locations for any bank if not the slowest of all time, the employees here act like they have no worries in the world and take their sweet time.
Horrible horrible service, I regret banking with Bank of America

This bank screwed my father out of $200 dollars! They said his math was not correct but when check it all came out to be correct but still did nothing to reimburse my father! They should be ashamed of them selfs talking from a 83 year old man!! I know the amount they took isn't going to break him but its the principle of the matter we are supposed to be able to trust our banks!!

Very nice people here. I usually like to do all my banking online or at the ATM, but whenever I have a problem, I go in to talk to a person, and they're always nice to me. Sometimes I have to wait to talk to the person that can help me, but they have a comfy waiting area so I'm not just standing around. They're open 'til 1 pm on Saturday as well as the weekdays, so even if I didn't have a day off during the week, I'd still be able to get down there. Thankfully that doesn't happen very often, but it's nice to know that it can happen. Right now I'm waiting for the branch to open so I can withdraw some money from the teller, since I manage to misplace my debit card for the second time in a month. Last time I reported it lost & got a new one - and then found it the next day. This time I'm waiting ... I know it's right here in the living room somewhere! Dang it.
